Here are some tips on managing e-mail account(s):
- Choose an e-mail that offers other productivity tools.
- i.e. easy to use calendar, documents, photos, tasks, filters, labels/folder, sharing, keyboard shortcuts, chat, security, and etc.
- Gmail by far the best e-mail that has all those useful features.
- Establish a password that contains:
- Upper Case Letter(s)
- lower case letter(s)
- 1 or 2 numbers
- And one or two $ymbo!s
- One e-mail for not-so-important stuff.
- i.e. subscriptions, newsletters, random sign-ups, and etc.
- One professional e-mail for daily communication.
