OBIEE 11g: OPatch failed with error

If you receive this error message, check below:

1. Recheck if BI Services (OPMN) stopped correctly

2. To ensure that .zip file was unarchived correctly, delete the previous unzipped file and re-unzip the patch file.

3. Make sure to read the "README.txt" and follow instructed steps carefully.
